The Taskforce ceased operations in July 2011. New complaints lodged on or after 6 June 2011 will automatically be directed to DEEWR.

DEEWR may collect your personal information for the purposes of considering and investigating issues about the implementation of the BER program, including specific BER school projects.

Any personal information provided to DEEWR will be protected by the Privacy Act 1988 and DEEWR’s Privacy Policy. Information on the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 can be found on the Federal Privacy Commissioner’s website.

Where possible, formal feedback should be submitted in writing through the online form. If you are supplying feedback on a specific project, please include the school name, town or suburb and project details.
